Terms of Service

By accessing or using Gotright Hosting ("the Service", "we", "us", "our"), you ("User", "Creator", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and creators who broadcast radio stations or publish podcasts through our platform.

Gotright Hosting provides internet radio station hosting and podcast hosting services, powered by AzuraCast. Our platform includes:

• Radio stream hosting with AutoDJ, live broadcasting, and listener statistics
• Podcast hosting with RSS feed generation and episode management
• Custom domain mapping for stations and podcasts
• Monetisation tools including display advertising and audio ad network integration
• Creator earnings tracking and payout management
• Team management and referral programmes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

You must register an account to use the Service. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, complete, and current registration information
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account, including any use by team members you invite
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account

You must be at least 18 years old to register. Accounts registered on behalf of a business must be created by an authorised representative.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Broadcast or publish content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or invasive of another's privacy
• Infringe any intellectual property rights, including broadcasting music without holding the appropriate licences (e.g. PPL, PRS, ASCAP, BMI, SOCAN, APRA)
• Distribute malware, phishing content, or engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service or its infrastructure
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, its servers, or connected systems
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the platform
• Use the platform to harvest personal data about listeners or users without their consent
• Engage in fraud, misrepresentation, or deceptive practices regarding earnings or ad revenue

You are solely responsible for ensuring you hold all necessary music and content licensing rights for any material you broadcast or publish. We are not liable for any licensing violations.

We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend any account that we believe, in our sole discretion, violates these terms or applicable law.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your chosen plan. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

• All fees are displayed and charged in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe or Flutterwave — we do not store your card details
• We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price changes take effect for existing subscribers
• Failed payments may result in a grace period after which your service may be suspended
• Taxes (where applicable) are your responsibility and may be added to invoice totals

Gotright Hosting offers optional monetisation features that allow creators to earn revenue from their stations and podcasts. By enabling monetisation:

• You consent to the display of advertisements on your public station or podcast pages, served through third-party ad networks including Google AdSense, Triton Digital, or AdsWizz
• Ad revenue is shared between you and Gotright Hosting at the rates displayed in your dashboard (subject to change with 30 days' notice)
• Revenue credits are estimates based on reported ad impressions; actual payouts depend on verified revenue from ad network partners
• Payout requests are subject to a minimum threshold and are processed within 3–5 business days of approval
• We reserve the right to withhold or reverse earnings if we determine they resulted from invalid traffic, click fraud, or policy violations
• You must not click on ads displayed on your own pages or incentivise others to do so

Monetisation may be disabled on your account at any time if we determine it is being used in violation of these terms or the policies of our ad network partners.

You may connect your own registered domain name to your Gotright-hosted station or podcast. By doing so:

• You confirm you are the registered owner of, or are authorised to use, the domain
• You are responsible for maintaining the DNS configuration (CNAME pointing to hosting.gotright.net)
• SSL certificates are provisioned automatically via Vercel's infrastructure; we cannot guarantee immediate SSL coverage following domain changes
• Gotright Hosting is not responsible for domain expiry, registrar issues, or DNS propagation delays

Your content: You retain all intellectual property rights to the content you upload, broadcast, or publish through the Service. By using the Service, you grant Gotright Hosting a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, transmit, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Our platform: The Gotright Hosting platform, including its design, code, trademarks, and documentation, is owned by Gotright Hosting and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding or trademarks without prior written permission.

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including failures of third-party infrastructure providers (AzuraCast, Vercel, Railway), internet outages, or force majeure events.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Non-payment of subscription fees
• Conduct that we determine to be harmful to the Service, its users, or third parties

You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard. Upon termination, your station and associated data (streams, playlists, podcast episodes) will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, unless you request earlier deletion.

Pending ad revenue earnings at the time of account termination will be paid out if they meet the minimum payout threshold.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Gotright Hosting and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Gotright Hosting in the 3 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction, as applicable in your region.

For users in the European Union, nothing in these Terms affects your rights under EU consumer protection legislation.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email and/or a prominent notice on the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
