Overview

We want you to be satisfied with Gotright Hosting. This policy explains when you are eligible for a refund and how to request one.

1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial payment. This applies to first-time subscriptions only.

To request a refund under this guarantee, contact us at hello@gotright.net within 7 days of your payment date.

2. Renewal Payments

Subscription renewal payments are generally non-refundable. However, if you contact us within 48 hours of a renewal charge, we will consider a refund on a case-by-case basis.

To avoid unwanted renewals, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard before the next billing date.

3. Service Outages

If the Service experiences a significant outage (more than 24 continuous hours) due to issues on our end, you may be eligible for a prorated credit or refund for the affected period.

Outages caused by third-party providers (e.g. payment processors, AzuraCast upstream issues) may not be eligible for refunds.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Account suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms of Service
  • Failure to cancel before a renewal date
  • Dissatisfaction due to features outside the scope of the advertised plan
  • Requests made after the 7-day money-back period on initial subscriptions

5. How to Request a Refund

  • Your account email address
  • The payment date and amount
  • The reason for your refund request

We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
